Dr. Kelleher received his D.D.S. degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery, from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1984. He attended both Miami University and Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Zoology.

Dr. Kelleher and his wife Janet have three daughters: Caitlin, Brooklyn and Madison. Dr. Kelleher has served as both a Elder and Deacon at White Memorial Presbyterian Church, and serves the community through Step-Up Ministry and the Open Door Clinic.
